The part AAC plays in this shift is to provide an annual booster-shot of connectivity, knowledge and encouragement to 50 emerging young artists poised and capable of making a major positive impact on their communities. In developing the capacity of diverse leaders in cities and towns across America, we multiply the reach of our message exponentially: the arts are not merely an indulgence but a fundamental human right, and artists have a pivotal role to play in the healing of our planet.
